Non Turbo Eclipse? Running the 420A then. Best to go with a 4g63 swap. The 420a is really not a suitable platform to build on.

That does have loads of potential.  It's still front wheel drive but it's so basic that it is a sinch to work on and upgrade.  Especially with the higher compression ratio that you get from engines that are initially non turbo like yours, you can get a long way even with a small turbo with lower boost so it's cheap to upgrade and it shouldn't be too hard on the turbo or engine if you keep the boost low.  Are you running a 5-speed or auto?

So I'm assuming by your club you've got a DSM too, what are you running?
