Hey, I uploaded some pics from the show on Saturday. I took pics when I got there early, so I only have shots of the Jag, and one of the teachers' Nova Wagon. He's put a lot of work into the 6 cyl. engine, and it wins at the dragstrip all the time. With the headers he's got on it, it's quite powerful...

Thanks for asking!

I have always ran with the targa off and t-top out on the f-bodys that I use to race. I have to my big head will not fit in the car with the roof in. In that video that is my roomate driving the car and he is a lot shorter than me and his head hits the roof with it in also. It has a lot to do that the racing seats are more straight up on the back than a stock seat.

There is no rules against taking it out and running per 08 rule book. If it is a change they are making for 09 I am unaware of it.

Ok, it might have just been a rumor throughout just the regular autocross i went to last April.  Just thought I'd ask.

Are you running autocrosses with the targa off?  I remember hearing some controversy over targa tops being considered convertables now in the SCCA earlier this year.

I see your dad has a CTS-V. I have a poster that I bought that has the CTS-V race car with the 24HR of Daytona drivers signature on it. I bought it on a auction on the Corvette forum, not sure why I did but I did.   I will see if I can find a pic of it.

Ah yes I saw that. That's a pretty cool picture! I'm pretty sure their debut year at Sebring was good, and they've had strong races ever since.

Well my dad and I race our go-karts. We're in the F125 class, but his could also run in the F250. As for the cars, my dad's racer is in the D prepared/D modified. My car is in D Street prepared/ D stock. What do class do you run? that vette looks pretty serious! =)
