ok i just got a set of sleeved adjustable coilovers for free and i was wondering if i should use them on my 95 civic because i was looking up stuff about them and it was kinda going both ways if get what i mean...

i dont really care how my car rides but i dont want it to **** up my car and what will i get out of them?

any one know?
