Default What tools do you use?

Well I'm trying to help make gears more active.

What brand of tools do you like best?

I prefer craftsman, and i have a FEW snap on things. As well as Gearwrench because they are affordable. And the snap ones where just gifts from my dad for christmas and stuff. All my dad uses is snap on, when he retires i got soooo much coming to me. hahaha. But yeah

What do you use?

I use Craftsman myself, but I'm hoping to get a set of Mac tools at some point.

And they have a lifetime warranty

I lost track of how many non-Craftsman sockets and wrenches I broke doing my engine swap last summer, but it was several.

I have a few Snap-on from when I use to wrench BUT now I usually by Craftsman or Stanley makes some decent toold depending on what you are buying and what you are going to use them for. The snap-on Mac and Matco tools are good if you need a specialty tool or you are a mechanic other than that they are way over priced. For your normal joe that just likes to play in the garage Craftsman is about the best bargain.

NOTE: This thread really does not apply to me! I usually just use a big hammer and the smoke wrench. If neither of these 2 tools can fix the problem I resort to gasoline and a match.
