Default Touching up paint chips?

Last year my car got hit with a few large stones thanks to a semi. I have about 2-3 very small chips in my front bumper. About 2/3's the size of a dime. Are their any recommendations to hiding or touching them up?

You can get matching touchup paint from most auto parts stores and tap the spots with a brush. It doesn't usually look very good up close though. That's why I take some 1000 grit sandpaper and wet sand it flush. Then I buff the spot out. After that you have to look very close to see that there was ever a problem.
