I wouldn't mind driving one of those around town! All the looks and popularity would be priceless! I bet it comes with a very pretty price tag as well.

Yeah I think they're gonna be around $100k... which is just a tad out of my range.

Wow. This is American engineering at it's best. I bet this will 1 up the new Nissan GTR, Ferrari 599 GTB, and maybe (hopefully) the Porsche 911 (997) GT2. Can you say "blown"?

Chevy should put one of those engines in a special edition version of the new Camaro

Haha, it's rumored that the new Camaro SS will get some version of the LS7 to compete with the GT500. So.. expect somewhere around 500hp?

I doubt this Corvette is 100% American engineered. It's prolly 5% Mexican, 25% German, 10% British, 5% Chinese, 5% Indian, 50% American with all the outsourcing and stuff...

Haha, no my friend. It's at least 90-95% American. All hand made in Bowling Green, KY. The Tremec transmission is assembled in Mexico, but it's an American company. The ZR1 is the pinnacle of American engineering.
