Here is supercharge one.

It nice when you are always boosting...LOL.
The supercharge looks like the Eaton M90. the same blower use on the Buick 3800 series (l67) engine. this blower can product 20-25psi with a 2.9inch snout pulley.

Gm must be hard at work... and i will pay anything for AMERICAN MADE CARS....I love supporting HOMEGROWN.
the 2000 yrs model 3800 series engine with the eaton M90 supercharge product 260hp and 280tq-ft.
The cobalts SS has the same power but less cubic inch (smaller engine).

Once the blower is modified like this, you can expect MORE POWER...

here are picture of the Eaton M90 series III supercharge, I believe its the same has the cobalt.

Here is the modified M90 series III blower.

This is the LS1 throttle body adapter plate. More air flow.

On the eaton m90 you will notice two little beside the triangle outlet. these two little hole are for noise control. Once the two little hole is block off. The blower will sound like a HOT ROD at idle. The blower will make the coolest sound.

I am pretty sure the supercharge cobalt can product 400+ hp with other modification...My eyes are on the car in the future. Another CHEVY to SLAY the poor import junk.
