hahah, actually after hearing that, I take pride that Dodge sort of came out of nowhere and did this. I read a quote on autoblog... "V-Spec who?"

YAY!!! is all i have to say to that... the Dodge Viper has been my all-around favorite car since the GTS in '99 and now they broke the record at nurburgring!!! RIGHT ON DODGE!!!
