One man in Moscow decided to take action regarding flashing blue rooftop lights found on the civilians’ cars
he put a bucket on his head, he ran up to the car and walked across it

lol, that moron decided to mess with an FSB officer, what an idiot.

(for those that don't know, the FSB is sort of like the Russian version of our FBI)
