Bought another car tonight!

I have been looking at buying another car (like I need it) and have been looking at 89 - 92 F-boby's.

I found this about 45 minutes from my house. It is a 91 Trans Am that runs and drives great. The body is in perfect shape EXCEPT the front bumper cover and the hood. He had a minor accident (did not blow the bags) and did not want to fix the car after the insurance paid it off. A new hood and bumper cover and some paint and it will look like new.

PAID 1K for the car.

Automatic! I wish it was a manual. They only made a handfull of them in Manual. Only made 3,452 Trans Am's in 91 total.

i dont like that body style....not to be a dick or any thing its just not my taste....

it looks to much like an i-roc

OH i understand! They were not to everybodys taste. you have to consider some on here are a little older than you and we grew up with these cars, same as the younger generation liking the Honda's and such now.

here is the reason I like it.
1. I will have less than 2500 in the whole car and it will look and run good.
2. For less than 800 bucks I can put the car in the mid 12's if I want to drag race it.
3. For $400 bucks I can set it up for auto-x and it will actually be pretty decent with the WS6 suspension.
4. No car payment and very low insurance.
5. The car is pretty rare and is worth a lot more than i will have in it.
