Default Name That Wheel

I thought it might be fun to test everyone's knowledge of rims/wheels/hubcaps so we can run this thread like "Name That Car 2" in which the person who correctly guesses the wheel in question posts the next.

I'll start off with a very easy one. Need make and model.

I have no clue but whatever it is it nust not be much if a performance car, those are some wimpy brakes.
