So far the new cars aren't really that great. I'm more a 60s or 90s type guy. Although i do like the new camaro, thats about all i really like now days.

There are a lot of new cars that I like. True, they don't "build 'em like they used to", but that isn't totally bad. What I mean is that new cars are far more powerful and efficient than old cars, and look at all of the new technology. It's just the times... every year cars gain a whole slew of advanced thechnology. Is it necessary? Not really, but it's a luxury many of us like. If I were buying a new car and had less than $20,000 to spend... well I don't know that I'd be so happy with what's out there... but for $20-40K there are a lot of great new cars that I would be happy to drive. Just my opinion..

There are plenty of new cars that really disappoint me, but there are some decent ones. Chrysler products as of late have been nothing but crap, as have Toyota and most Honda products. GM and Ford are really impressing me with their products, in particular their performance products and them finally realizing that what Americans want is quality and reliability and not cheap econoboxes that leave us on the side of the road. I think if I could buy one brand new car at a reasonable price, I would get the new V6 CAmaro, especially if they bring back the Z28.

There are some really nice cars and then there are some huge dissapoitments, example the dodge charger/dodge avenger. just thought that those were overall failures but there are some sights of hope. in the pontiac g8 which is badass. and the new nissan maxima is really really nice and go hyundai for ousting lexus and bmw for the top spot in luxury that new genesis is said to be a really good car.

I'm a fan of new cars... the faster, the better. Somehow, I have a feeling that I'll be a fan of cars made from 2000-2015, because of this whole green movement. After 2015... I have no idea.. I really HATE the idea of electric cars etc. 60s/70s muscle cars are incredible though.. the glory days.. can't replace those.

I really badly want a G8 or used GTO. I can't wait until they bring the V8 Ute over here, that's going to be badass and probably really easy to drive sideways with how little weight it has over its rear wheels.
