It has come to my attention. pay pal is now in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. Which i found my self to be a candidate. If you have been doing business with papal between the time period of 2002 to present, you might be qualify to be a part of pay pal class action lawsuit.

Pay pal is one of the worst company/banker i have ever deal with. On 9/11/07 i open a pay pal account, by faxing pay pal my N.Y. state I.D., copy of SS card, proof of address and signing up at pay pal website. Has of 9/11/07 to 4/23/08 everything was o.k. with my account. On 4/23/08 my account became DISABLE. I found this out while trying to transfer money to my META BANK account, which i have done many time before. I was unable to perform any transaction with the balance $$ i had in my pay pal account. So i figure i will let the money site in the pay pal account until i can find another way to collect my remaining balance it been five months now. a few week ago i receive a class action lawsuit mail/form about pay pal , so i file with the class action lawsuit (in process now).

Today i call pay pal again before I mail in the class action lawsuit form. And again i was told to fax my copy of bank statement, N.Y. state photo I.D., proof of address and a copy of my S.S. card (for what...i already done this on 9/11/07)....i refuse to do so, because i suspect fraud with in the company. So i have proceed, by mailing the lawsuit form and hope pay pal sink like Fannie and Freddy and the many more bank to come to they falling/ruin

Never once has paypal asked me for bank statements or to fax anything to them for any reason. I have done a LOT of business on eBay and PayPal and have never had a problem. I would have been very suspicious at the beginning when they asked for those things, especially since I have never had that asked before.
