Default *&%#!

I was driving to the store this morning at about 2:15 am and I think my power steering pump went. I heard a a sound like i ran something and it hit my underside then the steering wheel started getting hard. when I took my hands of the wheel for a bit, it started drifting to the right a lot

Does anyone know a cheap way to do a power steering fluid flush without going to a shop? I was thinking shop vac the old fluid out but i couldnt think of a better way

it was the fan belt, not the P.S. pump. I didn't see it cuz when i checked it, it was pitch black outside and all i had was my cellphone's latern to look around
