Cool Top Gear

Series 11 starts this coming Sunday Jun 22. I can't wait. I have missed them.

You can see a couple of the series 11 commercials here and here.

Also, there has been more news on Top Gear USA. AutoBlog states that the hosts will be Adam Carolla, Tanner Foust, and Eric Stromer and that it will premier on NBC sometime this Fall. You can read their article here. I'm not sure how successful it will be, but I'll certainly watch it.

It's about time Top Gear got back on the air, I've really missed all the silly stuff they do. As for TGUS I really don't see it being as successful, the hosts aren't big enough arseholes really. To me it'll sound more like an equivalent to Fifth Gear without the sort of race driver expertise of Tiff, Vicki and Jason. Too bad they couldn't get someone like Tom Ford from Fifth Gear to come do Top Gear US, he is the sort of character the show would need.

Lucky. Not me, I don't get it. Brother is on tight restrictions for messing up in school, and I have to take some of the punishment... one of which is no cable whatsoever. We get a whopping three channels..

Hey, lucky you guys: I don't even have a TV. If I could stream it live off my computer I would. Without paying extra for it.

Actually who we need on the American Top Gear is The Stig and someone like Clarkson or Hamond or Ill even settle for somebody like James May. But I guess Adam Corolla and one of the guys from HGTV are halfway decent I forgot the other goy that will be on the show.
