Default HELP! Can not get video to download.

I have tried 3 times to download some videos from my computer in here and every time it goes through the whole process and shows it is downloading then ask for me to "send" however the video never shows up.

I checked and the Vid is not too large and is in a acceptable format.

Anybody know what I am doing wrong? Am I just to stupid to do this and should give up?

Thanks
Phil

No you're not stupid! It does that to me too, so I just post them on youtube and put the url on here. Youtube has a pretty straightforward posting process, so if you're having difficulty here, try youtube.

We've been having problems with video uploads for awhile and we've yet to figure out the problem. Some files upload fine and other don't.

For the videos I upload that have have issues. I've been first uploading to YouTube then uploading to GearsGarage from YouTube.

I'll remind Gear that we still have a problem and see if a fix is in the works.

I think the official answer was soemthing like:

"Umm... I dunno"

It's just a matter of calling the webhost and making sure all the needed settings are set.
