do I use HTML or CSS style sheet to format my profile like add a background image and change stuff up?

You can add a background image, change colors and add custom CSS code in MY ACCOUNT / SETTINGS / [ Design My Profile ]

I noticed you used a Myspace code to do yours earlier. Currently Myspace codes wont work correctly (The CSS class and id names aren't the same as in GearsGarage), although Gear said he was working on making it Myspace code compatible. One of us will post in the forum when it's ready... maybe as soon as tomarrow.
