As much as I like 'sleepers', I think the exterior is a little too plain. I'm not a big fan of green cars either, except maybe some of the ole lime green mopars. I do dig the wheels and interior treatment though.

I totally agree with this, they should have made it stand out a little more by adding a different hood/bumper and doing something a little different with the paint instead of just dark green.

They didn't come up with the idea for the car, its based on the movie car as much as possible. And personally if they changed it around by making it look special it would take away from the look the car had in the movie.

My question is, why buy a Mustang Bullitt when you can buy a Pontiac GTO which puts out more power at the same price and engineered better

I seen one the other day at a dealer near me. Just a GT with different interior to me. I didn't even realize it was the Bullit until I saw the sticker.

yeah it actually has the V6 front fascia. I don't know, I'm so-so on it. It's nostalgic, which is the coolest part, but I think I'd rather have a Shelby GT.

I like the car. It doesn't have the GT's grill foglights because it most closely resembles Bullitt's car. Unfortunately, to the untrained eye it looks like a V6...
I think the performance mods make up for it though!

Not really.. It has 3.73's, a cold air intake, "modified" h-pipe, and some suspension "mods". Not really that cool.

An extra 15 hp, 5 ft-lbs. of torque, new mufflers with 3.5 inch tips, plus the things you mentioned..... I think they make up for a front end that could be mistaken for a V6.
Besides, if I was buying that car it would be for the nostalgic look, not to mention how much I love the movie Bullitt.
