Now, this being my first over-rev offense, I was pretty worried. Everything was normal right after and I drove it for 10 minutes after. I think I'm good, because everything seems ok. Acutally the mustang v8 blocks have a problem where they twist at high RPMS and the block cracks right in half. You can buy a kit that solves that, but it starts right at a main bearing and the crack goes striaght up to the lifters.. I would look into that..

6200 rpm's is not going to hurt a 2v. Mod motors love high rpms

I wouldn't worry about it. You car will only let you rev so high and the computer will limit the rpms. Now if you are doing it all the time, your engine will not last as long. The stock Mustang engines don't keep building power above 5200 rpm, unless they have modifications. No sense in staying in a gear longer than you have to, kick it up the next gear and tell the RICER to choke on your dust!!

That is actually wrong. 96+ mustangs with mod motors love rpms. They make the most power at around 6k rpms, maybe a little less.. Unlike the pushrod v8s where the power falls off around 5k stock.
