I am going to try to go, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to yet. If not I hope to enjoy it through your photo album

Exclamation 2009 WDC

This year's show is going to be on Aug. 15, 2009 if anyone is thinking of going!! This is a great show if you have never been, probably close to, if not, the biggest single day car show anywhere!

I might go this year. I have not been since me and Matt went in like 2000 (I think it was).

The big question is will YOU have the motor back in the buick by then?

LOL it has taken him 2+ years to get that far. Given the same rate of progress it will be close

If it is not done by spring I will go over and get the damn thing running myself. He is also going to have to build my new motor before then also.

You can't go by the total progress, you have to look at the progress that has been made in the last month!! More progress has been made on the car in the last month, than in the last 1.5 years. Also after a slight delay I am back to work on it I had to replace a ready heater last night!

As far as your motor, I am starting to wonder if you are shooting for this spring or next? Were getting so busy, you had better get it in line quick!! J/K

I know you do BUT i do not have the mega millions that you do! I have to buy tires from the used tire place and used oil from Jiffy Lube for oil changes.

I will have to sell everything I own and pimp out the dog and cat BUT I think I can scrape up enough money to buy another vette.

BTW! Do i get to break in the new motor in the GN?

Please leave the drag radials OFF and the street tires ON. Those damn sticky tires just take all the fun out of driving.
