actually torque is the rate of rotation of the drive wheels, torque is what propells the car, horsepower is pull

By "pull" I meant the launch that rockets you into wherever, so yes, that's what I meant.

Torque is the engines strength
Horsepower is the engines speed

Torque is needed to deal with weight, aerodynamic drag etc., so that horsepower can do it's thing.

who cares about the Nurburgring? everything is flat and straight where im at. Its all about dragging.

I feel that, but there is a lot of skill involved at the ring. Not only do you have to be a great driver, but some cars just can't handle it. The world's standard is the nurburgring.

Only tracks really concerned with the Supra are Suzuka, Fuji, and Tsukuba
