Lexus LF-A
I just read on edmunds.com that Lexus has arrived at price tag of $225,000 for it's LF-A coupe and roadster.
Read more about it here:

Would you pay that much for a Lexus?

I'm really not impressed. It's about time they built something like that, but for $225,000??? I'd much rather have an F430, Gallardo, ZR1, DBS and tons more than the LF-A.

yeah, it seems like a bit of a rip off for that kind of money. I know I wouldn't pay that. There's nothing to the Lexus.. it's just.... boring if you ask me.. plus when it comes down to it, you're really just getting a toyota.

Well said. I will say the only exception was the IS-F, because that did have quite a powertrain, but even so, the styling is so... safe.

I know! They're so afraid to take a risk... but they should because they need to. All the cars look practically identical to all the others, and like toyotas.. It's so boring. And people want something exciting for that kind of money.

I think it's a pretty avant-garde design considering it's a Lexus, but I can't see spending over $200k for it. I think Lexus should have spent their money on a new SC.

Very true, I would've liked to see a SL fighter.

A car that's a worthy competitor to the Mercedes-Benz SL class.

<.< I highly doubt Lexus could even build a multirole fighter as bad ass as the F/A-22. And it's not Stealth Raptor, it's just Raptor

haha, I think it has stealth capabilities, but I could be wrong. You're right on that though, only Americans can build stuff that sweet.

yea it does have stealth capabilities but the NATO designation is just "Raptor". It's also the first fighter with "super cruise" technology which allows the fighter to reach supersonic speeds without the use of an afterburner which saves fuel consumption
