1. Remove automatic and replace with manual transmission including clutch, fly wheel and pressure place. Best if you buy a manual out of the same make and model truck you already have.
2. No! You will need to put a pilot bushing in the end of the crankshaft.
3. Depends on the position of the shifter.
Keep in mind if you are trying to use a old manual transmission with a manual clutch instead of hydrolic it will be a nightmare to install.
