i have a big problem my moms newer 96 eclipse and my friends 95 talon have a belt problem they like to spin off there power steeling and ac belt ( ne big belt)

i can get the belt to stay on until you rev it up then it spins off
and it wines like its has a turbo until it falls off

and i cant figure it out

i have tried everything

and both have the 2.0 DOHC engine

its really annoying... any ideas...
