so I didnt go to school today! I did get some work done on the engine. I wire wheeled some parts that has corrosion on them, and got all that straightened out. Then I re-assembled my oil pump. I bought some black RTV gasket maker, and installed the front timing chain cover. Double checked to make sure that the lower timing chain wasn't going to skip a tooth, and put my engine out of timing....I did okay, everything is still lined up. To make sure the top timing gear wouldn't fall, I put the head on there(not bolted down though), and bolted the gear in... Then I got a lil impatient. so I test fitted the turbo mani, and the turbo
I also am debating on how to run my oil feed line. Around the back will make it look cleaner, but I'll look into this more once I have the head bolted down
well thats about it. I'll get the head bolted in once I get a GOOD torque wrench.
