I've always wondered how american auto manufacturers manage to pull so little power out of so much displacement. My 2-litre pushes 210hp, but the Dodge Viper for example only does 5xxhp from an 8.3L. 140hp from a 3.4 says that GM was a little lazy in engineering their motor.
