Ford Lovers, Mustangs and Fast Fords

I like American cars especially camaros and mustangs. I don't mind euro cars.

Not a fan of the slow 4bangers and fart cans

I am currently working on a 1968 Mustang Coupe that will be driven often. It will be in car shows here and there if all goes well.

cool stuff, comment me when you get the pics up. What kind of cars do you like?

how much do you think your car is worth? $14k for that GT seems like a lot.. mine has 48,000 miles and I'd say it's worth $11 max.. I don't think $3000 accounts for 5000 miles

yeah the red thunderbird is mine and i just have the v6 in it, i'd like the v8 though

ha, i didnt know your inbox filled that quickly! thanks man.

yeah you gotta check from other people who have em before you make a big purchase like that. It is normal to have a little bit of rust, for example, a lot of my pullies have just a teeney bit on them.. but it hasnt adversely affected anything.

oh thank you for reminding me, I meant to change that. My opinion has changed on Nitrous recently.. I think it's hilarious and it's a great bang for the buck. Unfortunately my parents won't allow me to run it in my stang, so much higher cost of a supercharger will have to do.. but yes, I like nitrous.

same here man. it sucks.  i have to borrow my moms liberty lol

although you could throw some studded rubber on it, if it doesn't snow 3 or 4 feet at a time like it does here.

Sweet.  My stang has  a 302 with long-tube headers, an 8.8 rearend out of a foxbody, and a 4bbl edelbrock carb.  when we bought the car it had a tiny rearend in it since it was originally a straight 6.  that was a tough job but its been totally worth it.  i bought some nice weld racing with the money i had saved up.  we also converted the front drums to disk.  love that car so much

Nice, Nice. I wouldn't mind driving something like that in the summer, but here in the winter you'd better have a 4wd or your screwed.

Yeah I told him he HAS to get a sixer.  I would hope he would get something to mod a little bit.

Ive got a whole list of mods on mine. Performance exuast, power chip, larger throttle body, and a cold air intake. Next I want performance headers.

Thats what I have the 96-06 were the best years of the wrangler. If he does make sure its a 4.0l I-6, otherwise that are completely gutless.
